TableWire maintains a single master record of your restaurant's business information and publishes and monitors it across the online platforms you choose (search, maps, review, social, delivery, reservation, and website surfaces). Concierge updates, website work, and related services may be included per your service agreement.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the business information you provide or approve. You must have the authority to manage the business whose information you ask us to publish.
You authorize TableWire to create, claim, correct, and update your business listings and profiles on third-party platforms on your behalf, including connecting platform accounts you grant us access to. We will only make changes consistent with the information you provide and the services you request. Third-party platforms have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their decisions, outages, or policies.
Your business data is yours. You can request an export or deletion at any time (see our Privacy Policy). You grant us the rights needed to store, display, and transmit that data to the platforms you direct us to publish to — that is the product.
Fees (one-time setup and monthly service) are stated in your service agreement. No long-term contracts: unless your agreement says otherwise, service is month-to-month and you may cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Don't use TableWire to publish information that is false, unlawful, or that you don't have the right to publish, and don't attempt to access other customers' data or disrupt the service.
The service is provided "as is." We work hard to keep your information accurate and your integrations running, but we can't guarantee third-party platforms will display or accept updates, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or end service for non-payment or material breach of these terms. On termination, you keep your business data and may request an export or deletion.
