TableWire ("we," "us") is a source-of-truth data service for restaurants: our customers maintain one master record of their business information (hours, menus, prices, photos, events, reservations), and we publish and monitor that information across the online platforms where they appear. Account information. Name, email address, and a securely hashed password for managers and restaurant owners who sign in.
Business information. The restaurant details our customers ask us to manage — addresses, phone numbers, hours, menus and prices, photos, event calendars, reservation links, and where the business is listed online. This is business data, supplied by the customer or gathered from public listings.
Service records. Change requests, notes, publish/sync activity, and notification logs created in the normal use of the service.
Only to provide the service: keeping your business information accurate, publishing it to the platforms you choose, monitoring those platforms for drift, notifying you of changes and requests, and supporting your account. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
If you connect a Google account (for example, to let TableWire manage your Google Business Profile), we access only the data needed to read and update your business listing on your behalf — such as your business information, hours, photos, and posts. We use this access solely to provide the listing-management features you request. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not allow humans to read it except with your permission, for security, to comply with law, or as needed to operate the service. TableWire's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke TableWire's access at any time in your Google account security settings.
We run on a small set of infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf: Vercel (application hosting), Neon (database hosting), and Resend (transactional email). Each receives only what is necessary to run the service.
We share your business information with the platforms you direct us to publish to (for example Google, Yelp, or Facebook) — that is the product. We do not otherwise share or sell your information, except if required by law.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes, and access to customer data is limited to authorized TableWire managers.
We keep your data while you have an account or an active service relationship. Email daniel@halegroup.ai to request a copy of your data or to have your account and data deleted; we will honor deletion requests within 30 days.
